Ask Harmony

Q. I would love to have my wedding at the Citizen Hotel but I have problem. My fiance and I are both Vietnamese. In our culture it is tradition to have a family style asian cuisine served. We have an estimated 200+ guests atteding. Is there any way your hotel can accomodate that or have the ability to provide asian cuisine?

A. Thank you for your inquiry! Our chefs are well versed in all types of cuisine and flexible to create a menu specific to your needs. Banquet Chef Michael Jackson, in particular, has past experience in Asian style cuisine. He would definitely be able to work with you and create a menu reflective of your heritage and taste.

Whether it be a preparing a particular cuisine, carrying out ceremonial traditions or sharing couples’ interests through favors, place cards or beverages, I believe it is important for a wedding to represent the bride and groom.

Here at The Citizen Hotel and Grange Restaurant, we really do believe in customizing items to make your wedding uniquely you.
